As a weight lifter and avid runner, I have enjoyed the benefits and rewards of a healthy lifestyle. This has been a passion of mine for almost 30 years and it is my desire to help others achieve their goals. I am well aware that even contemplating going down this road can be a daunting task for some people. What are your health and wellness goals? Alcoholism and Addiction

Chronic Conditions
Chronic conditions are on the rise. The World Health Organization estimates that chronic conditions will be the leading cause of disability throughout the world by 2020. Chronic disease is responsible for 7 out of 10 deaths and the number one cause of both morbidity and mortality in the U.S. Most chronic conditions are managed by the individual afflicted with disorder. For individuals to effectively manage their health, they must be equipped with the skills to self-assess their needs and have the knowledge of appropriate action based on their self-assessment. Some individuals require the services of of a professional to assist them with ambivalence or fears to change and with setting realistic, obtainable, and safe goals.
